助产专业是一门发展前景广阔的传统专业,处于对母婴健康需求的考虑,我国卫生部明确规定没有接生条件的医院不得从事产科接生工作,而且必须有助产人员在场。但是,我国现有助产人员与产妇比例严重失调,远远低于国外1:1的助产比例,可见,我国助产专业人才的比例还远远没有达到国际卫生组织的相关规定,《中国护理事业发展规划纲要》强调将助产专业与护理专业区分开来,这也使得助产专业成为一种独立的专业亟待发展。助产专业也有高职和中职之分,为进一步加快助产专业人才建设,需要不断深化助产专业教学改革,并注意区分高职助产与中职助产在教学方法改革上的不同。
The midwifery profession is a traditional profession with broad prospects for development. It is under the consideration of the maternal and child health needs. The Ministry of Health of China clearly stipulates that no hospital for delivery of obstetrics and gynecology should be engaged in obstetric delivery and must have midwifery staff present. However, the proportion of existing midwifery staff and maternal serious imbalance in China is far below the foreign 1: 1 midwifery ratio, we can see that the proportion of midwifery professionals in China is still far below the relevant provisions of the World Health Organization, “China Nursing career development plan ”emphasizes the distinction between midwifery and nursing profession, which also makes midwifery profession become an independent profession urgently need to be developed. The midwifery specialty also has the distinction of higher vocational and secondary vocational schools. To further accelerate the construction of midwifery professionals, it is necessary to continuously deepen the teaching reform of midwifery specialty and pay attention to differentiating the reform of teaching methods between midwifery and midwifery.
