目的:研究须根腐解对丹参根际土壤基本理化性质的影响。方法:利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICPAES)测定土壤中营养元素的含量,采用HPLC测定丹参中活性成分的含量,流动相0.2%乙酸水溶液-乙腈梯度洗脱。结果:添加20 g须根处理土壤中Ca,Fe,K,Zn和N元素的含量分别比对照组(CK)降低了1.33%,1.95%,0.15%,5.81%和15.38%,添加40 g须根处理分别比CK降低了4.10%,3.62%,2.47%,5.81%和53.85%;土壤中Cu,Mn和P元素的含量与丹参酮Ⅰ的含量呈显著正相关;K元素含量与丹参酮Ⅰ,丹参酮ⅡA的含量呈显著正相关;Ca元素含量与丹参地上部分干重呈显著正相关,土壤中Zn元素含量与丹参根鲜重呈显著正相关,Fe元素与丹参根中迷迭香酸含量呈显著负相关。结论:丹参根际土壤中矿质元素含量与其产量或品质存在一定相关性。须根腐解产生的一系列生物、化学作用可能影响到丹参根际土壤中矿质元素含量,从而影响丹参的产量和品质。
Objective: To study the effect of fibrous root decomposing on the basic physical and chemical properties of Rhizosphere soil of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The content of nutrients in soil was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICPAES). The content of active components in Salvia miltiorrhiza was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was eluted with 0.2% acetic acid in water and acetonitrile. Results: The contents of Ca, Fe, K, Zn and N in soil treated with 20 g fibrous roots decreased by 1.33%, 1.95%, 0.15%, 5.81% and 15.38%, respectively, compared with CK. Which were significantly lower than CK by 4.10%, 3.62%, 2.47%, 5.81% and 53.85%, respectively. The content of Cu, Mn and P in soil was positively correlated with the content of tanshinoneⅠ. The content of K was positively correlated with tanshinoneⅠ, tanshinoneⅡA There was a significant positive correlation between Ca content and dry weight of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The content of Zn in soil was positively correlated with the fresh weight of Salvia miltiorrhiza, while the content of Fe was negatively correlated with the content of Rosmarinic acid . Conclusion: The content of mineral elements in rhizosphere soil of Salvia miltiorrhiza and its yield or quality have certain correlation. A series of biological and chemical reactions caused by fibrous root decay may affect the content of mineral elements in Rhizosphere soil of Salvia miltiorrhiza and affect the yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
