通过自密实再生大骨料混凝土的配制试验,研究了水胶比、高效减水剂对自密实再生混凝土强度及和易性的影响规律。结果表明:当水胶比W/B=0.55,高效减水剂掺量为胶凝材料的0.6%时,混凝土拌合物整体和易性良好,且无泌水现象发生,其抗压强度为18.1~20.5 Mpa。对于低强度混凝土建筑物,其承载力方面可以满足要求,具有一定技术可行性。
Through self-compacting of recycled aggregate concrete, the effect of water-binder ratio and superplasticizer on the strength and workability of self-compacting recycled concrete was studied. The results show that when the ratio of water to binder W / B is 0.55 and the dosage of superplasticizer is 0.6% of the cementitious material, the overall workability of the concrete mixture is good, and no bleeding phenomenon occurs. The compressive strength 18.1 ~ 20.5 Mpa. For low-strength concrete buildings, its bearing capacity can meet the requirements, with a certain technical feasibility.
