目的分析胰腺癌诊断应用多排螺旋CT多期扫描的应用价值。方法胰腺癌患者88例,所有患者均予以超声检查(对照组)和多排螺旋CT多期增强扫描(研究组);比较分析两种诊断方案临床应用价值。结果经检测,研究组肿瘤分期的准确率75.00%显著高于对照组23.86%;且研究组手术可切除性各项指标显著优于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多排螺旋CT多期扫描在胰腺癌的临床诊断中,可以有效评定胰腺癌肿瘤体积大小以及胰腺周围血管的受累情况,并评估肿瘤分期以及手术的可切除性。
Objective To analyze the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods 88 patients with pancreatic cancer were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent ultrasound examination (control group) and MSCT (study group). The clinical value of the two diagnostic schemes were compared. Results The accuracy of tumor staging in the study group was 75.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (23.86%). The resectability of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT multi-phase scan in the clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, pancreatic cancer can effectively assess the size of the tumor size and the involvement of the surrounding pancreas vessels, and assess the tumor staging and surgical resectability.
