依据我国铝土矿石特点,发挥烧结法优势,优化烧结法生产,经济性地提高烧结法产量,并进一步地节约烧结法能耗是我国烧结法及混联法氧化铝生产工艺急需解决的问题之一。实现高熟料铝硅比烧结、高浓度熟料溶出可以促进精液浓度提高,减少湿法系统物料流量,达到提高产能、增加产量、降低成本的目的。本文通过对国内外高浓度熟料溶出发展和影响烧结法高浓度溶出的因素进行分析研究,依据我国铝土矿石特点确定了高熟料铝硅比的物料配方;分析了温度、溶出苛性比对溶出和分离的影响机理及规律;提出了适合高浓度熟料溶出的溶出条件和浓度控制范围,对生产有一定的指导意义。
According to the characteristics of bauxite in our country, it is an urgent problem to be solved by the sintering method and the alumina production process by the hybrid method that the advantages of the sintering method are exerted, the sintering method is optimized, the output of the sintering method is increased economically, and the energy consumption of the sintering method is further saved one. Achieve high clinker ratio of aluminum to silicon sintering, high concentration of clinker dissolution can promote the increase of semen concentration, reduce wet system material flow, to improve productivity, increase production, reduce costs. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the dissolution and dissolution of high-concentration clinker at home and abroad and the influence of the high-concentration dissolution by sintering method, the material formula of high-clinker aluminum-silicon ratio was determined according to the characteristics of bauxite in our country. On the dissolution and separation of the mechanism and law; proposed for the dissolution of high-concentration clinker dissolution conditions and concentration control range, the production of a certain significance.
