最近半年多来,青海省委在贯彻落实《中共中央关于加强党同人民群众联系的决定》上下了真功夫,取得了初步成效。这段时间,省委几位领导同志分别到条件最艰苦的青海南部牧区和柴达木盆地调查研究,并先后两批组织和带领机关干部下基层宣传六中全会精神,体察民情,征求意见,帮助基层解决实际问题,对稳定民心,鼓舞士气,锻炼干部,改进作风,进一步密切党群关系,起了积极的作用。在贯彻落实六中全会精神的过程中,各级干部和广大群众精神振奋,各民族团结进一步增强,各条战线取得了较好的成绩。粮食生产预计比去年增长2.8%,创历史最高水平;畜牧业可望获得丰收;工业生产保持了一定的增长速度;市场和物价基本稳定。实践深刻地表明,认真贯彻落实六中全会精神,对于切实加强党
In the past six months and more, the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee has made real efforts in implementing the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Party’s Contact with the People” and has achieved initial success. During this period, several leading comrades of the provincial Party Committee went to investigate and study the pastoral areas and the Qaidam Basin in the most difficult conditions in southern Qinghai. In the meantime, they successively organized and led the grassroots at the grassroots level of the organs and cadres to publicize the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session, Helping the grassroots to solve practical problems has played a positive role in stabilizing the people’s morale, boosting morale, training cadres, improving working style and furthering the party-masses relations. In the process of implementing the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session, the cadres at all levels and the masses of the general public are enthusiastic, the solidarity of all ethnic groups is further strengthened, and good results have been achieved in all fronts. Food production is expected to increase by 2.8% over the previous year, setting the highest record in history; livestock husbandry is expected to have a good harvest; industrial production has maintained a certain growth rate; and the market and prices have basically remained stable.
