在社会转型期,基层党建工作面临着诸多困难和挑战。本文通过对山东省威海市高新技术产业开发区田和街道办事处党建工作的调查发现,其主要做法和经验是:讲求实效,高度重视党建工作;因地制宜,探索建设学习型党组织的有效途径;注重管理,建立党员积分考核制度。但是,党员队伍年龄结构老化、先锋模范作用如何发挥、农村优秀人才流失、村干部队伍储备严重不足、党的领导方式尚待改善等问题仍待解决。
During the social transition, the grass-roots party building faces many difficulties and challenges. Based on the investigation of Party building in Tianhe Subdistrict Office of Weihai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Shandong Province, this paper finds that the main practices and experiences are as follows: stressing practical results, attaching great importance to party building, exploring effective ways to construct learning party organizations according to local conditions, Focus on management, the establishment of party member assessment system. However, the issues such as the age structure of the party members being aging, the vanguard exemplary role being played, the loss of outstanding rural talents, the serious shortage of reserve of village cadres and the need for the party’s leadership to be improved remain to be resolved.
