赵丽娜的作品大致可以分为两类:一类是工笔画,另一类是写意画。我觉得,虽然她的这两类画在表现方式上存在很大的差别,但却具有一个共同的特征,那就是:当她表现自己十分熟悉的生活时,她的作品就显得特别有个性与神采,让人能够感受到一种扑面而来的青年人的生活气息。而当她按现有的模式进行创作时,她的作品就会觉得仅在追求一种单纯的形式美感,这是画家值得进一步探讨的地方。先谈她的工笔画吧。比如那些按美术学院的教学模式画的类似课堂作业的作品——《老人像》、《逝》等,就给人似曾相识的感觉。因为这类作品,我们实在是看得太多了。而作品《都市女青年》则引起了我的极大注意。在这幅作品中,肩披长发、穿着时髦的女青年,翘着二郎腿,正在聚精会神地发短信,左手还点着一根烟。它生动地描绘了在消费时代的背景下,“新新人类”的实际生存状态。另一幅作品《无风的日子》采用象征性手法描绘了两个无所事事、怅然若失的女青年,也给人以丰富的联想。在我看来,这样的作品,不仅在何家英笔下不曾出现过,就是在当代工笔画中也很少见到,因此是很有意义的。我希望赵丽娜在今后的日子里,能够继续围绕“新新人类”的生活创作出一
