本文提出了一种利用特征声的铁路车轮自动化探伤装置。对所需探测的缺陷类型作了讨论。概述了探伤装置的主要构成。可以断定,冲击是激发车轮振动的最佳方式,因为产生丰富的谐频谱。通过传声器检测发射到空气中的声音是获得特征声的最好方法,该特征声即用于发现轮辋或辐板的裂纹,擦伤或轮辋破损则最好由安装在钢轨上的加速度计来探测。检验了探头信号的处理方法。最后叙述了该探伤装置的试验室及现场试验的一些初步结果。
In this paper, an automatic testing device for railroad wheels using feature sound is proposed. The types of defects to be explored are discussed. The main components of the testing equipment are outlined. It can be concluded that the impact is the best way to stimulate the wheel vibration, because of the rich harmonic spectrum. The detection of sound emitted into the air by microphones is the best way to obtain a characteristic sound that is used to detect ripples or scratches on the rim or web, preferably by a rail-mounted accelerometer . Test the probe signal processing method. Finally, some preliminary results of laboratory and field tests of the testing equipment are described.
