人事组织对煤矿企业优秀人才的引进具有积极的促进作用,担任着人才选拔的重任。但是,现阶段,我国煤矿企业人才招聘和选拔与企业改革发展的要求不符合,人事管理过于松散,其人事队伍建设也滞后于实际工作的需要。因此,必须在新形势下必须做好煤矿企业人事组织工作,创新人才招聘和选拔机制,合理引进和招聘有思想、有理想、专业能力较强的优秀人才,强化人事管理,树立全新的管理理念全面推进人事队伍建设,从而促进煤矿企业健康发展。
