【目的】通过对家长开展教养知识和技巧培训,改善家长教养方式,提高儿童心理健康水平。【方法】整群抽取宝安区机关幼儿园中班儿童家长132名进行教养知识和技能培训,在培训前1周和培训后1周各进行问卷调查比较培训效果。【结果】通过培训,家长的教养态度、方式、技巧、内容改变的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】通过教养知识培训,家长的教养知识和技巧得到一定地完善、提高,有利于儿童形成积极、健康的人格和心理。
【Objective】 Through parents ’education knowledge and skills training, improve parents’ parenting style and improve children’s mental health. [Methods] 132 parents of middle class children in kindergartens of Bao’an district were sampled for cluster education and knowledge skills training. One week before training and one week after training, questionnaires were used to compare training effects. 【Results】 Through training, parents’ education attitude, methods, skills and content changes were statistically significant (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Through the training of parenting knowledge, the parents’ parenting knowledge and skills have been improved and improved, which is good for children to form positive and healthy personality and psychology.
