目的:观察盆炎康合剂对混合菌液所致慢性盆腔炎大鼠盆腔粘连及病理形态学的影响。方法:利用混合菌液,制备慢性盆腔炎大鼠动物模型,将120只造模大鼠随机分为5组:模型对照组24只、西药对照组24只、盆炎康合剂低剂量组24只、中剂量组24只、高剂量组24只。另设正常对照组9只。各给药组在造模后第1天开始给药治疗,按1mL/100g药量灌胃;正常对照组、模型对照组予等容量生理盐水。分别于给药第14天、21天、28天观察各组大鼠盆腔粘连Philips评分结果,并进行病理检测。结果:盆炎康合剂对慢性盆腔炎盆腔粘连大鼠给药第14天、第21天后,中剂量组和高剂量组动物的Philips评分结果分别与模型对照组动物比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);实验第28天后,盆炎康合剂高剂量组动物的Philips评分结果与模型对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆炎康合剂对减少慢性盆腔炎所致的盆腔粘连有一定作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of “Penyankang Mixture” on pelvic adhesion and pathomorphology in rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease caused by mixed bacteria.
