目的:观察左旋氨氯地平和瑞舒伐他汀钙的降压作用及对高血压患者颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选择160例高血压伴动脉粥样硬化的患者,随机分为2组,实验组80例,服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2.5~5mg.d-1,瑞舒伐他汀钙10 mg,1次/晚。对照组80例,服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2.5~5 mg.d-1,疗程12个月,于治疗前后用彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度,肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能,监测血压、血脂变化。结果:实验组治疗后血压下降较对照组显著,实验组治疗后颈动脉IMT较对照组显著减小(P<0.05),肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀钙联合左旋氨氯地平能明显减轻颈动脉粥样硬化病变,可作为高血压并颈动脉粥样硬化的常规用药。
Objective: To observe the antihypertensive effects of levamlodipine and rosuvastatin calcium and their effects on carotid intima - media thickness (IMT) and endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: A total of 160 patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received 80 mg levamlodipine besylate, , 1 time / night. Control group of 80 cases, taking levamlodipine besylate 2.5 ~ 5 mg.d-1, the course of 12 months before and after treatment with color Doppler ultrasound carotid artery intima - media thickness, brachial artery endothelium Dependent diastolic function, monitoring of blood pressure, blood lipid changes. Results: The decrease of blood pressure in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group. The carotid artery IMT of the experimental group was significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the endothelium - dependent relaxation of the brachial artery was significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: Rosuvastatin calcium combined with levamlodipine can significantly reduce the carotid atherosclerosis and can be used as a routine medication for hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis.
