探讨麻杏石甘汤水提液及醇提液清热解毒作用,观察两种提取液对家兔发热模型影响及抗病毒作用.方法:采用伤寒-副伤寒菌苗致家兔发热模型,观察两种提取麻杏石甘汤液降温及抗鸡胚病毒,抑制鼠病毒肺炎小鼠肺指数及死亡率的实验.结果:麻杏石甘汤两种提取液对发热家兔体温有降低作用,其中醇提液降低显著(P<0.01),对鼠肺炎病毒感染小鼠死亡率有降低作用,醇提取液降低显著(P<0.01);对鸡胚内病毒A3水提液有显著抑制作用(P<0.05).结论:麻杏石甘汤具有退热及抗病毒作用.退热,降低肺炎小鼠死亡率醇提取液优于水提液,抗鸡胚内病毒水提液优于醇提液.
To investigate the effects of decoction and detoxification of water extract and alcohol extract of Maxing Shigan Decoction, observe the effect of two extracts on rabbit fever model and antiviral effect. METHODS: The fever model of rabbits induced by typhoid-paratyphoid bacilli was used to observe the effects of two methods of extracting Maxing Shigan Decoction on the temperature and the resistance to chicken embryo virus, and to inhibit the lung index and mortality of mice with mouse viral pneumonia. RESULTS: The two extracts of Maxing Shigan Decoction could reduce the body temperature in rabbits with fever, and the alcohol extracts decreased significantly (P<0.01). The mortality of mice infected with pneumovirus-infected mice was reduced. Alcohol extracts The decrease was significant (P<0.01), and the inhibitory effect of virus A3 in chicken embryos was significantly inhibited (P<0.05). 4. Conclusion: Maxing Shigan Decoction has antipyretic and antiviral effects. Antipyretic, lower mortality of mice with pneumonia and alcohol extracts were better than those of water extracts. Anti-embryonic virus water extracts were better than alcohol extracts.
