巯基化合物在机体内具有重要的解毒功能,可与烯烃类、氢氰酸、醛类、环氧化物、砷和很多重金属起反应。因此,在接触某些化学毒物后,巯基含量有可能降低,其中非蛋白巯基成分下降得更快。巯基测定国外利用Ellman试剂反应法,国内最早是经亚硝化、重氮化,再与二盐酸N-(1-萘基)-乙烯二胺反应比色测定.后来陈震阳等人引进了Ellman反应的方法,周鼎、孙晋柏也都应用了该方法。用极谱手段分析巯基,有较好的分析灵敏度,也有用HPLC作分析研究的。但
