我们哈尔滨铁路中心医院建院已90年。科研工作曾有过辉煌的一页。然而,在改革开放之前,科研工作曾一度步入了低谷。1978至1987年十年间平均每年在国家级杂志上刊登的论文仅2.5篇,在省部级杂志上刊登的4篇,科研成果几乎是空白。
Our Harbin Railway Center Hospital has been established for 90 years. There has been a glorious page in scientific research. However, before the reform and opening up, scientific research once fell into a trough. In the ten years from 1978 to 1987, only 2.5 papers were published annually in national magazines, and 4 papers were published in provincial and ministerial magazines. The results of scientific research are almost blank.
