用气相色谱法测定了第一冷巴布贴剂中的樟脑、薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯和麝香草酚。使用 15% DEGS,Chromosorb W( AW- DMCS) 80~ 10 0目 ,2 m× 3 m m i.d.不锈钢柱 ,从 70℃至 180℃程序升温 ,以联苯为内标物 ,以样品的进样量对样品与内标的峰面积之比进行线性回归 ,各组分线性关系良好 ,相关系数为 0 .9995~0 .9999。平均回收率 :樟脑为 99.63% ,薄荷醇为 99.83% ,水杨酸甲酯为 10 0 .0 % ,麝香草酚为 10 0 .4 %。
Camphor, menthol, methyl salicylate and thymol in the first cold patch were determined by gas chromatography. The temperature was raised from 70 ℃ to 180 ℃ with biphenyl as the internal standard and the injection volume of the sample was calculated using 15% DEGS, Chromosorb W (AW-DMCS) 80 ~ 100 mesh and 2 × 3 mm id stainless steel columns. The linear regression of the ratio of the peak area of the sample to the internal standard showed good linearity of the components with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995-0.9999. The average recovery was 99.63% for camphor, 99.83% for menthol, 100.0% for methyl salicylate and 10.0% for thymol.
