成语是长期以来形成的形式简洁而意义精辟的固定词组或短语,并承载着重要的文化信息。因而要在跨文化的基础上,实现成语在语义、语用和语体等风格方面的等值再现绝非易事。本文从原型理论出发说明翻译也是一个原型范畴,翻译中对源语语篇及译语语篇采取原型分析很有效,可以指导我们努力达到译作原型的最佳样例,即最大程度的等值。
Idioms are a long-established concise set of phrases or phrases that are concise and powerful, and carry important cultural information. Therefore, on the basis of interculturalism, it is no easy task to realize the equivalence of idioms in semantic, pragmatic and stylistic styles. This article shows that translation is also a prototype category based on the prototype theory. It is very effective to take a prototype analysis of the source text and the translated text in translation, which can guide our efforts to achieve the best example of the translation prototype, namely, the maximum equivalence.
