由于我国国情等原因,我国国有企事业单位众多,随着我国经济体制改革的进一步深入,国有企事业单位的改革在全国各地、各行业呈现如火如荼的趋势,但我国国企事业单位存在管理落后、工作效率低下等现象,而且人力资源管理在开发形式、考评标准、选用制度等方面存在着不科学、不规范等问题。因此,本文研究了国企事业单位人力资源管理中存在的问题,从而提出了一些改进的措施和方法。
Due to China’s national conditions and other reasons, there are many state-owned enterprises and institutions in our country. With the further deepening of China’s economic restructuring, the reform of state-owned enterprises and institutions has been in full swing in various parts of the country and various industries. However, Low efficiency and other phenomena, and human resource management in the development of forms, evaluation criteria, selection system there is unscientific, non-standard and other issues. Therefore, this paper studies the problems existing in human resource management of state-owned enterprises and institutions, and puts forward some measures and methods for improvement.
