利用秸秆粉、高密度聚乙烯、AC发泡剂、偶联剂(马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯)等经过压制发泡工艺制备发泡木塑复合材料,并通过控制AC发泡剂质量分数、秸秆粉质量分数和偶联剂质量分数,采用单因素试验和正交试验来研究三个因素对发泡材料的发泡效果和力学性能影响。结果表明:当发泡剂质量分数为2%,秸秆粉质量分数为35%,偶联剂质量分数为3%时,泡孔密度小且分布均匀,制件表面光滑平整,密度为最小。对HDPE/秸秆粉复合材料综合力学性能进行了比较,较佳组合为:AC发泡剂用量为2%,秸秆粉质量分数为35%,偶联剂用量为4%。
The foaming wood-plastic composites were prepared through the compaction foaming process using straw powder, high-density polyethylene, AC foaming agent and coupling agent (maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene). By controlling the mass fraction of AC foaming agent, Straw powder mass fraction and coupling agent mass fraction, single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to study the influence of three factors on foaming effect and mechanical property of foamed material. The results showed that when the mass fraction of foaming agent is 2%, the mass fraction of straw powder is 35% and the mass fraction of coupling agent is 3%, the cell density is small and the distribution is even. The surface of the workpiece is smooth and the density is the minimum. The mechanical properties of HDPE / straw composites were compared. The best combination was 2% AC foaming agent, 35% straw powder and 4% coupling agent.
