随着房地产行业的快速发展,百姓维权意识的不断增强,房屋建筑工程质量投诉不断增多,如何抓好住宅工程质量,预防、减少和妥善处理质量投诉已成为各地建设局质量监督部门的一项重要工作。文章统计了质量投诉的主要类型,并进行了原因分析,从日常监管工作到如何处理质量投诉提出了可行的建议。
With the rapid development of the real estate industry, people’s consciousness of safeguarding their rights has been continuously enhanced. The quality complaints of housing construction projects have been on the increase. How to do a good job in the quality of residential projects and how to prevent, reduce and properly handle quality complaints has become an important issue for the quality supervision departments of Construction Bureau jobs. The article has counted the main types of quality complaints and analyzed the causes, and put forward feasible suggestions from the routine supervision to how to handle quality complaints.
