党的十七大报告对“加快行政管理体制改革,建设服务型政府”提出了明确要求,其核心内容之一,就是要提高各级政府的行政效能。银川市地方税务局在政府效能建设中,始终坚持以提高执行力为根本,以圆满完成各项税收工作任务为目标,不断增强“为国聚财”的能力和服务纳税人的本领。2007年1至10月,银川地税共组织各项收入19.4亿元,相当于去年全年的总收入,同比增收4.49亿元,实现了收人总量和增收量的新突破。为此,银川市政府最近通令嘉奖了银川市地税局,这是该局连续4年获得此殊荣。
The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made clear demands on “accelerating the reform of the administrative management system and building a service-oriented government.” One of its core contents is to improve the administrative efficiency of all levels of government. In the construction of government effectiveness, Yinchuan Local Taxation Bureau has always adhered to the principle of improving execution capability and aiming at the successful fulfillment of all taxation tasks. It has also continuously enhanced its capability of “gathering wealth for the country” and its ability to serve as a taxpayer. From January to October 2007, Yinchuan Local Government Tax organized a total revenue of 1.94 billion yuan, equivalent to the total revenue of last year, with a year-on-year increase of 449 million yuan, achieving a new breakthrough in total income and revenue. To this end, Yinchuan municipal government recently commended Yinchuan Local Taxation Bureau, which is the council won this honor for four consecutive years.
