本文选用铝硅焊丝(AlSiCsLa)、锌铝钎料8213和8515三种钎料来火焰钎焊铜铝管,通过金相分析、能谱分析(EDS)和XRD分析来研究钎缝区的组织和元素分布。结果表明:AlSiCsLa钎料钎焊Cu/Al管接头效果最好,焊缝区生成的物相主要有α-Al固溶体、CuAl2、Cu9Al4相等,其中α-Al固溶体和CuAl2相较多,焊缝中大量的脆性相的产生,导致过渡区和焊缝中心区的硬度明显升高,同时也导致接头的强度降低。要获得较好的接头,必须调整焊接的工艺参数,保证钎缝中的脆性相呈不连续分布或弥散状态存在,或者采用适当热处理工艺来消除钎缝中产生的脆性相。
In this paper, aluminum-silicon welding wire (AlSiCsLa), zinc-aluminum solder 8213 and 8515 three kinds of brazing filler metal to braze copper and aluminum tubes, by metallographic analysis, EDS and XRD analysis to study the brazing seam area and Element distribution. The results show that AlSiCsLa brazing alloy has the best effect on brazing Cu / Al pipe joints. The phase of the weld zone is mainly composed of α-Al solid solution, which is equal to CuAl2 and Cu9Al4. Among them, α-Al solid solution and CuAl2 phase are more, A large number of brittle phase, resulting in the transition zone and the weld center area increased significantly the hardness, but also lead to reduced joint strength. To obtain a better joint, the welding process parameters must be adjusted to ensure that the brittle phase in the brazing seam is discontinuous or dispersed or that the appropriate brittle phase in the brazing seam is removed by an appropriate heat treatment process.
