According to the May 7, 2014 “Guangming Daily” quoted reports, the British “Lancet” magazine published online Fudan University Pediatric Hospital Huang Guoying Task Force on a newborn congenital heart disease screening research results. This is by far the largest worldwide study, screening 129,523 newborns and for the first time in developing countries demonstrates the feasibility and reliability of screening for neonatal CHD. The task force has set up a set of newborn congenital heart disease screening programs and processes, and based on the syndromic network of medical technology mutual aid platform and based on
