通过不同官能团数的环氧树脂复配得到4种性能不同的树脂配方,制备了复合材料NOL环,探讨了基体性能、工艺参数对复合材料层间剪切性能的影响。结果表明:树脂体系的韧性对复合材料NOL环的层间剪切性能影响较大,其中韧性较好的R32体系的层间剪切强度达到49MPa,而韧性较差的R34体系只有37MPa;工艺参数对层间剪切强度影响也较明显,R3体系含胶量为32%,缠绕张力为20N时,其层间剪切强度可达到51.8MPa。
Four kinds of resin formulations with different properties were prepared by compounding epoxy functional groups with different functional groups. NOL rings were prepared. The effects of matrix properties and process parameters on interlaminar shear properties were discussed. The results show that the toughness of the resin system has a great influence on the interlaminar shear properties of the NOL ring. The interlaminar shear strength of the R32 system with good toughness is 49MPa, while the toughness of the R34 system is only 37MPa. The effect on interlaminar shear strength is also obvious. The amount of gel in R3 system is 32% and the interlaminar shear strength can reach 51.8MPa when the winding tension is 20N.
