金属β-内酰胺酶(简称金属酶,MBL),水解底物广泛,但相对其他β-内酰胺酶是研究较少的一类酶。由于碳青霉烯类抗生素的广泛应用,使一些沉默的金属酶被激活,产酶菌株增多,一些新的金属酶基因不断被发现,尤其是由整合子介导的金属酶基因的存在使得临床治疗失败。将从新的金属酶基因的发现与传播、酶动力学参数及分子生物学特点等几方面,对新发现的获得性金属酶GIM-1和SIM-1作一综述。
Metallo-β-lactamase (MBL), hydrolysis of a wide range of substrates, but compared to other β-lactamase enzyme is less studied. Due to the widespread use of carbapenem antibiotics, some silent metalloenzymes are activated and enzyme-producing strains are increased. Some new metalloenzyme genes are continuously found. In particular, the integration of subunit-mediated metalloenzyme gene makes clinical Treatment failed. The newly discovered metalloenzymes GIM-1 and SIM-1 will be reviewed from the aspects of discovery and dissemination of new metalloenzyme genes, enzyme kinetic parameters and molecular biological features.
