Over the past two decades, there has been a significant increase in the consumption of medicines in the Federal Republic of Germany, but little is known about the level of ingestion by drivers. Little is known about the proportion of car accidents caused by taking drugs. In the event of a car accident, blood and urine samples are not usually fixed unless they find they have alcoholism or maladaptation or sluggish performance. There is no mandatory requirement for regular inspection of people who have a driving license. We investigated urine samples (N = 256) from driver drivers after drunkenness.
