[目的 ]寻找没药入煎剂的科学依据 ,比较不同剂型药效的差异。 [方法 ]选取没药生品、清炒品与醋制品制成煎剂、散剂和混悬剂 ,以小鼠足跖的外伤肿胀数为指标 ,观察不同剂型、不同炮制品对外伤致血瘀的药效。 [结果 ]三种剂型、三种炮制品对外伤引起的血瘀肿胀均有显著的消肿作用 ,各剂型的药效相近 ,各剂量组之间药效无显著性差异 ;三种炮制品中 ,生品的作用较强。 [结论 ]没药入煎剂具有科学性 ,且没药生品作用较强。
[Objective] To find the scientific basis for the decoction of myrrh and compare the differences in efficacy of different formulations. [Methods] Select decoctions, powders and suspensions from myrrh products, fried products and vinegar products. [Results] Three dosage forms and three processed products all had significant swelling effect on blood stasis swelling caused by external injury. The efficacy of each dosage form was similar, and there was no significant difference in efficacy between each dosage group; The role of raw materials is stronger. [Conclusion] There is a scientific nature of myrrh into the decoction, and there is a strong effect of myrrh.
