目的分析多层螺旋CT扫描在早期肺癌鉴别诊断中的应用价值,为早期肺癌的临床诊断提供理论指导。方法回顾性分析肺癌疑似患者82例,比较多层螺旋CT诊断结果与病理检查诊断结果,分析多层螺旋CT诊断结果的准确性。结果多层螺旋CT扫描对早期肺癌的诊断准确率为92.7%,且对周围型肺癌的诊断准确率高于中央型肺癌(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT扫描操作简单、快捷,能够对早期肺癌进行有效筛查,且准确率高,便于早期肺癌的诊断与治疗,可提高患者生存质量,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the value of multislice spiral CT in the differential diagnosis of early stage lung cancer and provide theoretical guidance for the clinical diagnosis of early stage lung cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 82 cases of suspected lung cancer, multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis and pathological examination results, multi-slice spiral CT diagnostic accuracy. Results The accuracy of multislice spiral CT in diagnosis of early stage lung cancer was 92.7%, and the accuracy of diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer was higher than that of central type lung cancer (P <0.05). Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT scan is simple and quick, and can effectively screen early lung cancer with high accuracy, which is convenient for the diagnosis and treatment of early-stage lung cancer. It can improve the quality of life of patients and is worth further promotion in clinic.
