采用连铸连轧工艺生产高强度铜锡合金坯料杆,采用合适的接线工艺拉制高强度铜锡合金接触线,其综合性能完全达到0CS-3标准,完全满足时速350km高铁挂线要求;从生产工艺控制、性能的稳定性及环保方面进行比较,铜锡合金均优与铜镁合金。因此,在高铁建设过程中应大力推广和使用高强铜锡接触线。
