根据国家药品监督管理局下发的关于中药实施《药品包装、标签和说明书管理规定》(暂行)(局23号令),北京市药品监督管理局已于日前开始对中药包装标签和说明书进行整顿。具体办法如下: 整顿范围:本市各药品生产企业所有的药典、部颁收载的中药品种(含由于未申请中药同品种保护而予以中止批准文号效力的品种)。地标品种(含中药保健药品)由于将/己进行品种整顿故不参加此次整顿,而以品种整顿后审批的使用说明书为准。 According to the “Administrative Regulations on the Packaging, Labeling, and Specification of Pharmaceuticals” (Provisional) (Departure 23) issued by the State Drug Administration, the Beijing Drug Administration has recently begun to rectify the packaging labels and specifications of Chinese medicines. The specific measures are as follows: Scope of rectification: Pharmacopoeia and all types of Chinese herbal medicines contained in all the pharmaceutical production enterprises in this Municipality (including varieties that have been suspended from the effect of the approval document number because they have not applied for protection of the same type of Chinese medicine). Landmarks (including health medicines for Chinese medicines) will not participate in this rectification due to rectification of their own species, and the instructions for use after approval for rectification shall prevail.
