应用硬度的变化评价美白材料对牙釉质的影响是一种常用的方法。本研究目的是评价通过选取测量点的方法降低牙齿本身硬度差异性对评价结果的不良影响的可行性。选取牙釉质的厚度不小于1mm的离体牛牙,分别应用随机测量、网格测量和对称测量3种方法,对选取的测量点进行显微硬度的测量。研究结果表明,采用选取对称测量点的方法,从一定程度上降低了牙齿本身硬度的差异性对硬度实验的影响,从而可以提高在评价口腔材料对牙齿硬度影响方面的实验的准确性。
Application of hardness changes Evaluating the effects of whitening materials on enamel is a commonly used method. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of reducing the adverse effect of the differences in hardness of the teeth on the evaluation results by selecting measurement points. Select the in vitro enamel with the thickness of not less than 1mm, three methods of random measurement, grid measurement and symmetrical measurement were used to measure the microhardness of the selected measurement points. The results show that using the method of selecting symmetrical measuring points reduces the influence of the difference of the hardness of the tooth to the hardness experiment to a certain extent, and improves the accuracy of the experiment in evaluating the effect of the oral material on the tooth hardness.
