人员安全风险评估是对各类建筑设施进行风险管理,以防各种人员伤亡事故发生的重要基础。地铁枢纽站作为复杂的城市交通结构的重要一环,安全因素至关重要。通过对其安全评价进行研究,能够在很大程度上消除或避免建筑存在的安全隐患问题。目前国内外还未见有关地铁枢纽站在建筑空间及环境要素方面的安全评价研究。评估依据地铁枢纽站的建筑空间及环境要素方面的特点建立了评价因素集,包括总体布局、交通流线组织、空间感受、建筑界面等四个大类的因素,然后根据模糊数学原理和层次分析法,建立了一个针对地铁站人员安全的评估模型。最后以北京西站地铁站作为实际案例对其进行模糊综合评估,并依据结果对地铁枢纽站的建筑优化设计提出了建议。
Personnel security risk assessment is the risk management of all types of construction facilities to prevent a variety of casualties important basis for the occurrence. According to the characteristics of the architectural space and environmental elements of the subway junction, the evaluation set includes four factors: overall layout, organization of the traffic flow line, spatial experience and architectural interface. According to the fuzzy mathematics principle and the level analysis Law, established an assessment model for the safety of subway personnel. Finally, taking Beijing West Railway Station as an actual case, this paper conducts a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and puts forward some suggestions on the optimal design of the subway station.
