锤式破碎机具有破碎比大、排料粒度均匀、过粉碎物少、能耗低等许多优点。但由于冲击锤头磨损较快,在硬物料破碎的应用上受到了限制。当前采用石英岩、石英砂岩和天然鹅卵石等岩石来制成人工砂石料进行混凝土配置是十分普遍现象。而上述3种岩石中的SiO2含量达到75%~90%,有的甚至超过90%,其莫氏硬度7级以上,抗压强度为200~300 MPa。另外,由于高速运转的冲击锤头与高硬度的石英岩反复碰撞,冲击锤头工作表面温度高达500~600℃,因此,所用的抗磨材料必须在较高的温度下具有足够的韧性和硬度。据了解,在石英类岩石的人工砂石料生产行业, Hammer crusher with a broken ratio, the particle size distribution, less crushed material, low energy consumption and many other advantages.
