本试验探讨了用溢康素替代金霉素对鲤鱼增重率,饵料系数和特定生长率的影响,结果表rrrrrrrrn明,添加金霉素预混料(其中含纯金霉素15%)0.02%的试验1组饵料系数分别比对照组同期降低rrrrrrrrn0.14、0.25和0.27,差异显著(P<0.05),增重率分别提高13.4%、52.5%和12.1%,差异显著(P<rrrrrrrrn0.05),特定生长率分别提高9.96%、44.2%和10.2%,差异显著(P<0.05);饲料中添加溢康素(其rrrrrrrrn中异麦芽低聚糖含量60%)0.1%的试验2组饵料系数分别比对照组同期降低0.12、0.27和0.3,差rrrrrrrrn异显著(P<0.05),增重率分别提高10.8%、58.9%(P<0.05)和19.2%(P<0.05),特定生长rrrrrrrrn率分别提高8.4%、48.7%和17.4%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验2组比试验1组饵料系数分别降低rrrrrrrrn-0.02、0.02和0.03,差异不显著,(P>0.05),增重率分别提高-2.3%、4.2%和6.4%,(P>rrrrrrrrn0.05),特定生长率分别提高-1.4%、3.1%和6.5%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可知,溢康素和金rrrrrrrrn霉素对鲤鱼都有促生长效果,二者之间使用效果差异不显著,溢康素完全可以替代金霉素用于鲤鱼rrrrrrrrn促生长。
This experiment explored the effect of eccins on the carp weight gain, feed conversion coefficient and specific growth rate with eccone replacement. The results are shown in the following table. From this, we can see that econazole and gold r r r r r r r r n n nystatin have growth-promoting effect on carp, the use of the difference between the two was not significant, Complete replacement of aureomycin for carp r r r r r r r r n promote growth.
