目的:观察乳腺癌改良根治手术并发症,分析其发生的原因和预防对策,从而降低乳腺癌手术并发症发生的概率。方法:选取笔者所在医院自2009年1月到2013年10月收治的42例乳腺癌手术患者临床数据资料加以观察分析,对每一个患者均进行改良根治手术治疗,并对其术后的并发症情况加以统计,分析导致并发症产生的原因,探讨预防并发症的有效对策。结果:42例乳腺癌患者中,进行改良根治手术后,有12例患者出现并发症的情况,发生率约为28.5%。发生并发症的患者中,出现皮瓣坏死的患者有5例,皮下积液患者4例,腋窝神经和血管出现损伤患者1例,出血患者1例,上肢淋巴水肿患者1例。结论:乳腺癌术后并发症较为常见,手术前的准备情况、手术中的操作损伤以及手术后的护理效果都会造成乳腺癌并发症的发生,分析并发症发生的原因并采取有针对性的预防措施,对降低术后并发症的发生概率有较好的效果。
Objective: To observe the complications of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer and to analyze its causes and preventive measures so as to reduce the probability of complications of breast cancer surgery. Preoperative preparation, operative injury in operation and nursing effect after surgery all can cause complications of breast cancer.
