企业组织中,除了正式关系外,还产生“亲信”这样特殊的群体。主管与部属的领导关系中,虽包含了正式的工作契约,部属承认上司的正式权威,也遵守组织的正式规范与准则,但主管在管理的的候,发觉不能单纯只用此种正式契约来规范下属的行为,而且主管所处的组织越大,级别越高时,与部属间的互动事务也就愈多,上司在时间与资源上无法负荷。因此,上司必须依靠特殊的下属,代为处理主管无法兼顾的事务。 “亲信”在正式组织中所扮演的角色,与其他一般的部属相同,都是遵循正式的工作契约所设定的职务与行为规范,但在非正式组织中,则具备不同的角色与权力。若想成为一位称职的“亲信”,能为中高层主管分忧,必须具备扮演多元化的角色能力,才能在非正式组织中,达成主管所交付的特殊任务,并提高主管的管理效率。到底“亲信”在企业组织中应扮演何种角色呢?
