通过常规疲劳试验和超声疲劳试验测试模具钢107周次疲劳性能和108超高周次疲劳性能,对模具钢超高周疲劳试样断口进行了分析。将两种不同频率下模具钢试样的疲劳性能进行对比探讨模具钢的频率效应,将20 k Hz频率下两种不同尺寸试样的疲劳性能进行对比探讨模具钢的尺寸效应。结果表明:20 k Hz和130 Hz下模具钢107周次的疲劳极限相差9%,不同尺寸的两种圆弧形试样108周次下的疲劳极限相差16%。
Through the conventional fatigue test and ultrasonic fatigue test to test the fatigue performance of the die steel for 107 weeks and the ultra-high frequency fatigue performance for 108 cycles, the fracture of the die steel with ultra-high cycle fatigue was analyzed. The fatigue properties of die steel specimens at two different frequencies were compared to explore the frequency effect of die steel. The fatigue properties of two different sizes at 20 k Hz were compared to investigate the dimensional effect of die steel. The results show that the fatigue limits of die steel at 107k and 20k Hz are 130% and 9%, respectively. The fatigue limits of the two circular arc specimens with different sizes are different by 16% under 108 cycles.
