通过TMTS热模拟试验机对中压转子材料Cr12合金钢进行了实验,研究了Cr12合金钢在温度900~1150℃、变形速度0.001~10 s-1变形条件下的高温变形行为。建立了该钢的热变形方程和发生动态再结晶的临界条件,为有限元数值模拟该钢的热成形过程提供了基本数据,也为热成形力学参数和加热温度的合理确定提供了科学依据。
The Cr12 alloy steel with medium pressure rotor was tested by TMTS thermal simulation machine. The deformation behavior of Cr12 alloy steel at temperature of 900 ~ 1150 ℃ and deformation rate of 0.001 ~ 10 s-1 was studied. The heat deformation equation and the critical condition of dynamic recrystallization were established, which provided the basic data for the numerical simulation of the hot forming process of the steel. It also provided a scientific basis for the reasonable determination of thermomechanical parameters and heating temperature.
