本文分析１３２例脑膜瘤的ＣＴ及病理学资料，探讨脑膜瘤和瘤周脑水肿的有关ＣＴ表现及其和组织学间的关系。发现大、中肿瘤呈不规则形、有低密度灶、非均一强化、无钙化灶者较易伴中、重度瘤周脑水肿，这些ＣＴ改变依间变型、非典型型和良性型顺序依次减少。显示肿瘤生长越活跃，越易出现以上ＣＴ改变并伴有明显瘤周水肿 This article analyzes 132 cases of meningiomas CT and pathology data to explore the meningioma and peritumoral edema CT findings and its relationship with the histology. Found that the large tumor in the irregular shape, low-density lesions, heterogeneous enhancement, calcium-free lesions were more likely to accompany, severe peritumoral edema, these CT changes in the inter-variant, atypical and benign type order . Showed more active tumor growth, the more prone to CT changes and accompanied by obvious peritumoral edema
