目的了解地处三峡库区的重庆市万州区基层医疗机构从事基本公共卫生服务人员职业倦怠状况,探讨其职业倦怠影响因素,减轻其职业倦怠状况,让其更好地为广大居民健康服务。方法采用普查的方式,自编一般人口学资料问卷及李超平翻译并修订的国际通用职业倦怠普适量表(Maslach Burn-out Inventory-general Survey,MBI-GS)对重庆市万州区1 266名基本公共卫生服务人员的职业倦怠情况进行问卷调查。结果万州区基层医疗机构基本公共卫生服务人员情绪衰竭维度平均得分(1.51±1.39)分,玩世不恭维度平均得分(1.03±1.21)分,成就感低落维度平均得分(3.70±1.94)分;各个维度中、高度倦怠程度比例分别为32.0%、19.3%、48.2%。结论基层医疗机构从事基本公共卫生服务人员在情绪衰竭、成就感低落2维度比较严重,职业倦怠现象明显存在,其中性别、工作地点、学历、职称、薪酬等是其职业倦怠的主要影响因素。
Objective To understand the occupational burnout of basic public health workers in primary health care institutions located in Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and to explore the influencing factors of occupational burnout and to reduce their occupational burnout so as to better serve the health of residents. Methods A total of 1,266 basic public places in Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality were surveyed by means of census, self-compiled general demographic data questionnaire and Maslach Burn-out Inventory-general Survey (MBI-GS) translated and revised by Li Chaoping, Health services staff burnout situation questionnaire. Results The mean score of emotional exhaustion (1.51 ± 1.39), average cynical dimension (1.03 ± 1.21), and average score of accomplishment low (3.70 ± 1.94) were found in basic public health workers in Wanzhou district. In each dimension , The proportion of high degree of burnout were 32.0%, 19.3%, 48.2%. Conclusions The basic public health service staff in primary health care institutions are in the state of emotional exhaustion and low accomplishment. The two dimensions are serious, and the phenomenon of job burnout obviously exists. Sex, working place, academic record, job title and salary are the main influencing factors of job burnout.
