常州在生态绿城实施规划中确立了6大工程建设体系,其中生态绿道网络是形成生态绿城空间格局的骨架。常州市快速路系统(高架环)是城市对内对外交通联系的重要途径,环高架生态绿道的建设也成为构建城市慢行交通系统的重要环节。在基于高架沿线生态环境分析的基础上,环高架生态绿道规划确立了构筑特色空间展示环和生态慢行文化环的目标定位;结合高架路两侧植被选择配置和绿化建设情况,对沿线生态绿道建设进行分类引导;并对环高架生态绿道与主要道路、河流的不同类型交叉口采取不同的处理引导措施。在具体实施过程中,采取了系统建设引导、示范段打造和堵点处理等措施来确保项目的可操作性和建设进度。目前已基本建成具有常州地方特色、方便市民通勤游憩的环高架绿色交通环线。 Changzhou Ecological Green City in the implementation plan established six major construction systems, ecological greenway network is the formation of eco-Greentown spatial pattern of the skeleton.
