“天仙丸”(又名复方天仙胶囊)是抗恶性肿瘤新药,经临床验证有明显抗癌作用,尤其对消化道肿瘤效果更佳;同时实验证明对小鼠移植性实体瘤S—180,艾氏腹水癌等均有明显的抑制作用。为进一步探讨“天仙丸”抑瘤的分子生物学基础,观察了该药在体外对DNA聚合酶a及DNA模板活性的影响。材料与方法 1.主要试剂和仪器 ~3H—TTP(放射比强度25居里/毫克分子,英国放化中心产品);dATP,dGTP,dCTP均为美国Sigma公司产品;
“Tianxian Pill” (also known as Compound Tianxian Capsule) is a new anti-cancer drug and has been clinically proven to have a significant anti-cancer effect, especially for gastrointestinal cancer. At the same time, it has been proved that the mouse transplanted solid tumor S-180, Ai Ascites carcinoma has obvious inhibitory effects. To further explore the molecular biological basis of “Tianxian Pill” tumor inhibition, the effect of this drug on DNA polymerase a and DNA template activity was observed. Materials and methods 1. Main reagents and instruments ~3H-TTP (radio intensity ratio 25 Curies/mg molecular weight, British Radiochemical Center product); dATP, dGTP, and dCTP are all products of US Sigma;
