众所周知,故事是伴随着儿童成长的,它对于发展儿童的语言(母语和外语),有着很大的作用。译林版小学英语三、四年级新教材中,每单元都有cartoon time这样一个板块,该板块是拓展趣味阅读板块。每个单元的cartoon time都是一小故事,也许有些老师认为cartoon time内容简单,常常只是“走马观花”似地形式一下。其实不然,因为这些故事都是学生们喜闻乐见的,它们往往可以成为孩子“语言的练兵场”。那么在课堂教学活动中,如何才能运用好这些故事,让学生体会到故事幽默诙谐的内涵,培养学生对文化的兴趣,提高学生的阅读兴趣和阅读能力呢?
It is well-known that stories are accompanied by children’s growth and play a significant role in developing children’s language (mother tongue and foreign language). Yilin version of primary school English third and fourth grade new textbooks, each unit has a cartoon time such a plate, the plate is to expand the interesting reading plate. Each unit of cartoon time is a small story, maybe some teachers think cartoon time content is simple, often just “cursory” like a form. In actual fact, because these stories are loved by students, they can often become children “language training ground ”. So in the classroom teaching activities, how to make good use of these stories so that students can appreciate the humorous connotation of the story, cultivate students ’interest in culture and improve students’ reading interest and reading ability?
