施工总承包项目,在世界范围内受到广泛应用,近年来引起国内各行业的日益关注。但高等级公路工程施工总承包在国内才刚刚起步,处于试点推广阶段。本文基于交通部公路工程施工总承包试点项目呼和浩特绕城高速公路的实施与完成,对施工总承包模式与观念的认识,实施过程中存在问题的分析,提出一些建议供工程项目的管理与实施者参考借鉴。
The construction general contracting project has been widely used in the world and has drawn more and more attention from various industries in China in recent years.
