目的:制备姜黄素微丸。方法采用离心造粒以粉末层积法制备姜黄素微丸,以微丸粒度分布、休止角、堆密度和脆碎度等为指标,考察处方及工艺因素对微丸性能的影响。结果:最优处方与工艺参数:5%HPMC(5 cps)水溶液为黏合剂,主机转速120 r/min,喷浆转速15 r/min,喷气压力0.3 MPa,喷枪距微丸10 cm,供粉速度8~10 r/min。结论:制备的姜黄素微丸表面光滑,圆整度高,18~24目姜黄素微丸收率92.6%,30 min时体外溶出率大于90%。
Objective: To prepare curcumin pellets. Methods Curcumin pellets were prepared by centrifugal granulation and powder stratification. The effects of prescription and process factors on the properties of pellets were investigated by the particle size distribution, angle of repose, bulk density and friability. Results: The optimum formulation and process parameters were as follows: 5% HPMC (5 cps) aqueous solution was used as binder, the speed of main machine was 120 r / min, the spraying speed was 15 r / min and the jet pressure was 0.3 MPa. Speed 8 ~ 10 r / min. CONCLUSION: The prepared curcumin pellets have smooth surface and high roundness. The yield of curcumin pellets with 18 ~ 24 mesh is 92.6%. The dissolution rate of curcumin pellets is more than 90% at 30 min.
