在《白莲集》现存各本之中,柳佥抄本直接抄自宋本,价值最高;何焯藏明抄本直接源自柳佥抄本,最接近柳佥抄本原貌,又经何焯据杨南峰家抄本校勘,不仅改正了柳佥抄本一些明显讹误,并可由其校勘记推知杨南峰本面貌;冯班家抄本、《四部丛刊》本、曹氏书仓本与柳佥抄本异同颇多,可能均出自辗转传录,而非直接抄录自柳佥抄本,然柳佥抄本之阙文,三本皆备,亦不失资证价值;张氏藏清抄本和顾一鹗跋本皆来源于冯班家抄本,辗转抄录,讹谬多些;毛氏汲古阁刻《唐三高僧诗集》与柳佥抄本虽时有异同,然其为现存《白莲集》最早之刻本,亦不可忽;《全唐诗》和《唐百家诗》亦悉录僧齐己之诗,可与《白莲集》互见,并增补遗诗。
