随着社会经济的发展,城市建设发展极快,但自然灾害等一直是城市发展、建设中的一大问题。目前,防灾公园的规划已成为城市规划与建设中必不可少的重要环节,通过分析国际上高密度城市防灾公园发展历程,得出发达国家在这方面的先进经验,进一步以国内两个城市香港和成都的防灾公园为例进行综合分析与评价。
With the development of society and economy, urban construction has developed rapidly, but natural disasters and other issues have always been a major issue in urban development and construction. At present, the planning of disaster prevention parks has become an indispensable and important link in urban planning and construction. By analyzing the development history of high density urban disaster prevention parks in the world, the advanced experience of developed countries in this field is obtained, Urban Hong Kong and Chengdu Disaster Prevention Park as an example for a comprehensive analysis and evaluation.
