铸件局部瞬间被加热、熔化,随之靠铸件自身的导热能力激冷,从而在铸件表面获得高硬度、高耐磨性的白口组织。通过一系列试验,找出了电弧电流、电弧移动速度等工艺参数对金相组织和性能的影响规律。重熔过程中添加了W、Mo、Cr、B、V等合金元素,分析了它们对试样性能的影响。并与铸造激冷、WC堆焊件做了试验对比,说明铸铁局部重熔强化是发挥铸铁潜在能力的一项重要技术。
Parts of the instant cast is heated, melted, followed by its own thermal conductivity of the casting chilling, casting surface in order to obtain high hardness, high wear resistance of white tissue. Through a series of experiments, the influence laws of arc current and arc velocity on microstructure and properties were found. Remelting process added W, Mo, Cr, B, V and other alloying elements, analyzed their impact on the performance of the sample. And with the chilled casting, WC surfacing pieces made a test contrast, indicating that the local strengthening of cast iron cast iron is to play an important potential capacity of an important technology.
