Lead: Xiangjiang Campaign is the most difficult battle since the departure of the Long March of the Central Red Army. The brave Red Army officers and soldiers eventually broke through the blockade line of the enemy’s most stringent fortifications and won the victory. Although the victory of the Xiangjiang World War I, the Central Red Army paid an extremely heavy price for this purpose: the 34th division of the Hongwu Corps that covered the main force and the 18th Regiment of the Red Army were blocked by the enemy and most of the officers and soldiers were killed. The Central Red Army dropped sharply from 86,000 to more than 30,000 at the time of departure. Lieutenant Han Wei was a witness and a survivor of the bloody battle in the Xiangjiang River, where he served as the 100th regiment of the 34th division of the Hongwu Corps.
